ABOUT THE BUILDING

One Thousand Museum is an ultra-luxury condominium development located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Park West neighborhood. Completed in Q3 2019, One Thousand Museum rises 62 stories and includes 84 museum-quality residences comprised of 4 duplex townhouses, 70 half-floor units, and 10 full-floor penthouses.

One Thousand Museum was designed by Pritzker Award-winning architect Zaha Hadid and developed by Louis Birdman, Gregg Covin, Kevin Venger, and Regalia Group. Featured on a PBS documentary called “Impossible Builds – The Scorpion Tower“, One Thousand Museum was described as “one of the most complex skyscrapers ever to make it off the drawing board”. It was built at a cost of $280 million. In 2020, celebrities David and Victoria Beckham purchased one of the full-floor penthouses at One Thousand Museum for $20M.
