LINEAR LIGHTING
LINEAR LIGHTING opens up new and creative options in many areas of interior design. Our new VELUM lighting solutions accentuate directional linear shapes. When used as ceiling and wall luminaires – it is arranged horizontally or vertically – or as pendant integrated in VELUM SHAPES luminaires.
They create entirely new dimensions in lighting planning.
CEILING TYPE
Ceiling finish can vary between matte, satin and glossy. All ceilings shapes and types designs can be made by specific client request.
SYSTEM
The system comprises only two elements: a profile and a diffuser. This ensures easy mounting and provides aesthetic design. Designated recesses allow to secure both PVC and fabric stretch ceiling sheets. Rigid construction of the housing allows to mount the profile into large stretch ceilings.
INSTALLATION
The profile is installed on the ceiling with conventional self-tapping screws. Mounting boxes placed on the sides of the profile allow to conceal screws and protect LED strip during installation. A 10 mm strip is fastened into the designated recess in the profile, lateral slots serve for fastening stretch ceiling sheets and for installation of diffusers. Thanks to its U-shape, the diffuser is attached to the base of the profile next to the LED strip. This model’s type of attachment is radically different from analogues on the market in which the diffuser is attached to the outer corners of the profile, which grips on the fabric of stretch ceiling and deforms it.
PROFILE 9
Profile is used for 13/16” width linear lighting, a more narrow space for LED lighting.They create entirely new dimensions in lighting planning.
DIFFUSER
The diffuser itself is made of two types of plastic: white and matte. The white parts on the sides serves as a reflector, it enhances the brightness of the glow. Besides, it allows to secure the LED strip in the profile. The matte part provides high-quality dispersal of light, which makes it very soft and pleasant for the eyes.

MAINTENANCE
Our ceilings are manufactured for durability that will preserve the lifespan of the product. The VELUM material retains its condition due to an antistatic coating that is applied. If necessary, the ceilings are designed for effortless cleaning.
